10 little spies on a big mission

Last Saturday 10 spies from BPCWA had a special mission: a sneaky peek into the "promised land" (potential 2009 NYC campsite).

They endured harsh weather conditions...

unforgiving sun...

But alas some were well equipped, like Agent Rowena and Agent Julia...

others turned to food for temporal relief.

Unfortunately Land Lesch had no green pasture for our livestock to feed upon,

or enough tents for dwelling.

Bidding farewell, the spies quickly went on their way to Land Serpentine.

Agent Rowena praying for journey mercy...

the 90 minute trip was nothing because we have each others' company.

Agent Yisan leads the way in climbing over the great wall barricading us and Land Serpentine.

We had to be very careful in not exposing our secret identities.

We saw plentiful of mansions for everyone,

vast green pastures,

and a PA system which impressed Agent Adrain lots.

This is a random shot.

The spies rejoiced over mission accomplished,

they had a feast celebrating God's goodness.

Agent Lilian wrote to report the following:

3rd May 2009, 1.20pm – On Saturday, there was 10 spies in total that was sent by Bpcwa to observe the promised land. We charged towards the first land up north in camp lesch. When we arrive there, the land doesn’t seem to be fill honey and milk. The Campsite was quiet small which could only accommodated up to 84ppl only. Dining and auditorium and dorm are located at the same place. If campers go for hot water shower system, it might takes up to another 20 mins to re heat. Facilities wise, hmm…caleb took some photos of it.

Then the 10 spies then rush down towards south to observe the land in Serpentine which from far looks likes a bowling alley. This camp site looks very promising. We went for a tour by an inner spy named Kevin. Firstly, we went to the basketball court, I think also known as “gymnasium”. The court is gigantic which consists of several private meeting room which will be suitable for prayer room and discussion room during the camp.

There are few dorms which are not widely spread apart which are good and each individual dorm has its own toilet (even bonus). There are 8 beds in total for each dorm so it can takes more than 100+ ppl. Facilities wise – swimming pools, ovals, bush walking, etc. – Caleb took pics of it. Basically, I have nothing against this camp site except there will be kangaroos jumping around during late evening. There’s also an area called “leader’s room”. In this place, there’s a PA system which looks super high tech and each room got 2 beds which can accommodate up to 13 ppl. Dining can also be used for message and they have piano and projector in the dining room too.

Ok, that’s all, the spy back to work now.
