Sport with a twist

Tonite rowas buzzed me up asking if i was going to baddy. at first i must admit there was a bit of reluctance as i planned to watch the premier of "battle of the choirs" on seven. however after too many nites of huge dinner and finding out that stvo was going, i decided that i would too. we got there around 6:40pm (thanks to slowpoke stvo) and there weren't many people at all. maybe its the weather, rainy days keep people indoors.

after several poor attempts at stretching, rowas, fred, stvo and i played a casual game of badminton. it turned out to be one of the funniest badminton game i've ever played. rather than concentrating on hitting the shuttercock, rowas made so many funny comments that left both fred and i in stitches. she also did the michael jackson serve while stvo & fred moonwalked.

badminton quickly lost its fun and we turned our attention to basketball. towards the end of the night we played another casual game of chengs vs suns and quickly humbly i say i scored 3 hoops. yes i know, i am amazed too as i totally suck at basketball.

oh and hula hoops, we found 4 of them in the store room and put them to good use.

it was such a fun night i am glad i went!
